Draft pending owner and legal review. This page describes how this website currently works, but it has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. Items marked “To confirm” are still being finalised.
This policy explains what information Vultrane Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and which service providers process it on our behalf.
Information you send us
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your company name and existing website, if you choose to provide them;
- the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, and your project details;
- the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign source tags in that link (for example
utm_source).
Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss, quote and manage any project that follows.
Service providers that process your information
- Web3Forms receives the contact form submission and forwards it to our email inbox. According to the Web3Forms FAQ (checked 24 October 2026), Web3Forms does not store form submissions and deletes server logs periodically. See web3forms.com for their current terms and privacy information.
- hCaptcha is used on the inquiry form to check that the form is being sent by a person and not an automated program. hCaptcha may collect information about your device and how you interact with the check. Its use is subject to the hCaptcha Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Our email provider stores the inquiry emails we receive. [To confirm: name of the business email provider]
Cookies, storage and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies. No analytics service is currently connected to this website. If we add one, we will update this policy first. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source tags are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so they can be included with an inquiry. The hCaptcha check may use its own cookies or similar storage to work.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting project or business relationship. [To confirm: retention period for inquiries that do not become projects]
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us. To do so, use the inquiry form on our website. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law. [To confirm: applicable jurisdiction and any required regional disclosures]
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use inquiry details for marketing without separate consent.
Changes to this policy
If how this website handles information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
