How It Works
A Simple Path From Idea to Execution
Four clear stages, with scope, price and milestones agreed in writing before any build work begins. Select a step to see what happens, what you get, and what we need from you.
Step 1 of 4
Discover
We learn about your business, your customers, and what success looks like for this project.
What happens
- A short call or email exchange about your goals
- We look at what you have today: website, tools, data
- We ask what has worked, what has not, and why now
What you get
- A clear summary of the problem we are solving
- Honest advice if a simpler option would do
What we need from you
- Your goals and any deadlines
- Access to existing materials, if relevant
Step 2 of 4
Plan
We agree in writing on the solution, technology, scope, timeline, price and milestones.
What happens
- We propose an approach and the technology to use
- Scope is broken into milestones with deliverables
- Third-party costs are listed before you commit
What you get
- A written scope, price and milestone plan to review
- Time to ask questions before agreeing
What we need from you
- Your feedback on the proposal
- Written approval before build work starts
Step 3 of 4
Build & Review
We build, test and refine the work, sharing progress so you can review it at agreed points.
What happens
- We build in small, reviewable steps
- Work is tested as it is built
- You review progress at the agreed milestones
What you get
- Regular progress updates in plain language
- Working previews to try, not just status reports
What we need from you
- Content such as text, images and logos
- Timely feedback at each review point
Step 4 of 4
Launch & Support
We deploy or hand over the finished work and provide whatever ongoing support you have agreed to.
What happens
- Final checks on the finished work
- Deployment to your hosting, or a handover of everything
- A walkthrough so you know how to manage it
What you get
- The finished, deployed solution
- Documentation and access to everything you own
What we need from you
- Final sign-off
- Agreement on any ongoing support, if you want it
Milestones agreed in writing
Payments are tied to deliverables we agree in writing during planning, and you review the work at each milestone.
